Philips Media Ordering Process

At Philips Media, we aim to provide a seamless and convenient shopping experience for all our customers. Below, you’ll find our straightforward ordering process, so you’ll know exactly how to order your desired products. Read on to learn more about how you can place your order quickly and effortlessly with Philips Media. Whether you pay via iDeal, choose bank transfer, or use Klarna, we make the ordering process as smooth as possible. And with free shipping on orders over €20, online shopping becomes even more appealing!

How do I place an order with Philips Media?

You can place an order through the Philips Media website.

  1. Have you found a product you want to order? Add it to your digital shopping cart by clicking the blue “Add to Cart” button.
  2. In the cart menu, you can complete your order by clicking the “Checkout” button.
  3. Philips Media uses DHL to ship the products to you.
  4. For all products: ordered on weekdays before 3:00 PM, delivered the next day.
  5. Select your preferred delivery options.
  6. Select your payment method and pay for your order.
  7. You will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace number via email.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to place orders by phone.

To ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, we process all orders automatically. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order between the moment of purchase and delivery. If you do not wish to accept the order, you can refuse the package at the door or return it after receiving it. Follow the instructions for returning products.

At this time, Philips Media only accepts orders with a delivery address in the Netherlands. For delivery, we use the services of DHL. You can specify where you would like your order to be delivered:

  1. At home or at another address
  2. At a DHL ServicePoint

If the delivery driver is unable to reach you at home, the package will be delivered to a neighbor or a DHL ServicePoint. In the latter case, you can pick up the package the next day. You will receive an email with a link to the address and opening hours of the DHL ServicePoint.

Shipments within the Netherlands are delivered free of charge for orders over €20. For orders under €20, the shipping costs are €1.99. If you have ordered multiple items, we will always try to deliver them in one package. If the order exceeds €20 but needs to be split into two or more deliveries, this will not affect the delivery costs.

At Philips Media, you have various payment options. During the ordering process, you can choose the payment method that suits you best. You can choose from three options:

  1. iDeal: You can securely and easily pay for your order via iDeal, with no additional fees. This is done in the trusted online banking environment of your own bank.
  1. Bank Transfer: Alternatively, you can choose to transfer the amount of your order to our bank account first. Once we have received your payment, we will ship the goods to you as quickly as possible. Our bank details are:

  1. Klarna: With Klarna “Pay Later,” you can pay for your order after you’ve received it and decided to keep it. This way, you never pay for what you return. Please note that a fee of €1 per order is charged for using this service. These costs will be shown on your invoice and during the ordering process.
