Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of the agreement you wish to withdraw from through an unambiguous statement (e.g., in writing, by post, fax, or email). You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are canceling the purchase. However, the use of this form is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order, delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fees will be charged for such a refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return the goods without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You will be considered to have returned the goods in time if you send them back before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by you.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from use that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Step-by-step guide for the return procedure:

  1. Fill in the model withdrawal form and attach it as an appendix to an email to us.
  2. You will receive shipping instructions. The return shipping costs are at your own expense.
  3. Please return the item with the original packaging if reasonably possible. We will inspect the product upon arrival.
  4. We will refund the full purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. However, we may wait to process the refund until we have received the products, or until you have provided evidence that you have sent them back. Any clearly demonstrable damage will be deducted from the refund amount.
  5. We will refund you using the same method you used to make the payment.

Warranty

All items you purchase from us are covered by statutory warranty. This means that each product must meet what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. All our products have a two-year warranty period starting from the date of purchase. This warranty is a manufacturer’s warranty and does not affect the statutory warranty. If a product becomes defective within this period, we will repair or replace the product.

  2. You will receive an email from us with further instructions. If we ask you to send the defective item back to us, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a shipping label.
  3. Once we have received the defective item, we will send you the repaired or replaced item within 14 working days.
