At Philips Media, we value quality and service. That’s why we offer a 2-year warranty on all our products. Do you have a defective product or would you like to make use of your right of withdrawal? Follow the simple steps below and we’ll ensure a quick and hassle-free resolution!

Return policy (right of withdrawal)

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by an unequivocal statement (for example, in writing by post, fax, or email). You may also use the European model withdrawal form to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. However, the use of this form is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.

If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will reimburse you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the agreement to us. You are on time if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Return procedure steps:

  1. Complete the model withdrawal form and attach it to an email to us.
  2. You will receive shipping instructions. The cost of return shipping is at your own expense.
  3. Please return the product in its original packaging if reasonably possible. We will inspect the product upon arrival.
  4. We will refund the full purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notification. However, we may wait to issue the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that they have been sent. Any clearly demonstrable damage will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  5. We will reimburse you using the same method you used to pay us.
Warranty

All items you purchase from us are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that each product must meet what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. All our products come with a two-year warranty period from the date of purchase. This warranty is a manufacturer’s warranty and does not affect the statutory warranty. If a product becomes defective within this period, we will repair or replace it.

Follow the steps below to make a warranty claim:

  1. Fill in the return form below and click “submit.”
  2. You will receive an email from us with further instructions. If we ask you to send the defective item to us, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a shipping label.
  3. After we have received the defective item, we will send you the repaired or replacement item within 14 business days.
