Refund policy

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us through an unambiguous statement (for example in writing by post, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Refunds:

If you withdraw your order, you will receive all payments, including delivery costs (except any additional costs resulting from a different delivery method), back within 14 days after notification of your withdrawal. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will reimburse you using the same payment method you used, unless you have chosen another method. We will not charge any additional fees for this.

We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that you have returned the products. Please ensure that you return the products to us within 14 days after withdrawal.

The costs for returning the products are at your own expense.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the product if it has been used more than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
