Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, physically receive the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also use the European model form via this link: Model form. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only a part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. You are on time if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct cost of returning the goods is at your expense.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
If you want to return your order, please follow these steps:
- Fill out the model withdrawal form and attach it as a document to an email sent to us.
- You will receive shipping instructions. The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense.
- Please return the item in its original packaging, if reasonably possible. We will inspect the product upon arrival.
- We will refund the full purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal. However, we may delay the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever comes first. We will deduct clearly demonstrable damage from the amount to be refunded.
- We will refund you in the same way you paid us.
Warranty
For all items you purchase from us, the statutory warranty applies. This means that every product must meet what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. All our products come with a warranty period of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty is a manufacturer’s warranty and does not affect your statutory rights. If a product becomes defective within this period, we will repair or replace the product.
Our warranty procedure works as follows:

- You will receive an email from us with further instructions. If we ask you to send the defective item to us, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a shipping label.
- After we receive the defective item, we will send you the repaired or replacement item within 14 business days.
