How do I place an order with Philips Media?

You can place an order through the Philips Media website.

Have you found a product you want to order? Then place it in your digital shopping cart by clicking the blue button ‘Add to Cart’.
In the shopping cart menu, you can complete your order by pressing the “Checkout” button.
Philips Media uses DHL to ship products to you.
For all products, the rule is: ordered on business days before 3:00 PM, delivered the next day.
Select your preferred delivery options.
Select your payment method and pay for your order.
You will receive an order confirmation email from us. When your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace number by email.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to order products over the phone.

To ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible, we process all orders automatically. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order between the time of ordering and the time of delivery. If you do not wish to accept the order, you can refuse the package at the door or return it after receiving it. Follow the instructions for returning products.

How can I pay for my order at Philips Media?

At Philips Media, you have various payment options. During the ordering process, you can choose the payment method that suits you best. You have the choice of three options:

iDeal:
- You can safely and easily pay for your order using iDeal, with no additional costs. This happens within your own bank’s trusted online payment environment.
Bank Transfer:
- As an alternative, you can choose to transfer the order amount to our bank account first. Once we have received your payment, we will send the goods to you as soon as possible. Our bank details are:

Klarna:
- With Klarna ‘Pay later’, you can pay for your order afterwards once you have received it and decided to keep it. This way, you never pay for what you return. Please note that there is a surcharge of €1 per order for using this service. These costs will be indicated on your invoice and during the ordering process.

Which carrier is used for the delivery of my package?

At the moment, Philips Media only accepts orders with a delivery address in the Netherlands.
For delivery, we use the services of DHL. You can specify where you want your order to be delivered:

At home or at a different address
At a DHL Service Point

If the delivery person does not find you at home, the package will be delivered to your neighbors or to a DHL Service Point. In the latter case, you can pick up the package the next day. You will receive an email with a link to the address and opening hours of the DHL Service Point.

What are the shipping costs at Philips Media?

For shipments to the Netherlands, we offer free delivery for orders over €20. If you order something below €20, the shipping costs are €1.99. We always strive to deliver an order consisting of multiple items in one package. If it’s an order over €20 but we need to split it into two or more deliveries, this doesn’t affect the delivery costs.

Warranty

Our products are known for their excellent quality and reliability. We continually strive to maintain the highest standards in every aspect of our production process. However, in rare cases, even the best product may exhibit a defect. At our company, however, your peace of mind is our priority. Therefore, we offer a generous 2-year warranty on all our products.
